Our Roots
Plant Culture is more than a New Braunfels plant store. We’re a local community of houseplant enthusiasts who find common ground in our love for all that grows from it.
To us, planting is a hobby, a passion, a creative avenue, and a source of joy.
Our doors opened in 2024 to all plant people, from novices to seasoned experts. Join us as we dig into our creative side, get our hands dirty, and have fun while doing it.
Meet Us At The Potting Bar
Houseplants can be a little sensitive, but we love them anyway. They just need the right conditions to thrive. If you’re taking home a plant you haven’t worked with before, chat with an expert at our Potting Bar. They’ll help you pot your plant and teach you how to take great care of your new friend.
Step One
Choose the plant you want to take home. We have a beautiful selection of tropical houseplants and succulents that’s always growing and changing.
Step Two
Pick out your plant’s new home and accessories. Choose a pot (we’ll help with the size) and any plant stakes or other decor that catches your eye.
Step Three
Grab a seat at the Bar. One of our pro potters will help you put it all together with soils and yummy plant additives, so it’s happy and ready to grow.

Don’t be a stranger! Stop back in once you’re ready to grow your collection, when it’s time to repot, or when you’re ready to learn something new in a workshop.

Share the joy of planting with your favorite people. Our 2-hour private parties include room rental, plants, materials, and a dedicated planting expert to help you and your guests pot a plant of your choice.
We are open for private events most days of the week. Please reach out for availability.
